The CNC shop supervisors are nice, helpful and go to bat for you. They care about teaching you new skills and are patient with you while you learn.

Homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexual harassment, and threats of violence abound at Altek. The owning family is very unprofessional. The president is never sober at work. The owning family make up job positions for other family members as well. Nepotism is big at Altek. One of the owners thinks r*pe is funny, as well.
