As a project manager, teamwork is very important. Here at Alten, it's the entire company that supports one another. From Estimating to accounting, contracts, and HR the shop and the field are all set up to help the team members, the clients, and the projects succeed. Plus the company gives its employees autonomy to take charge, be proactive and contribute whatever your role is at Alten. The company is also rolling out training classes, and offers incentives for additional certs, classes, etc. .The company's owners are second to none. High character, incredible values, extremely supportive of every employee. It's truly like a family. The pay is excellent, the benefits are excellent. The company just built a gym for the employees at our office. They also just rolled out an additional benefit package for the mental of its employees and families.

Honestly, there are NO downsides to working at Alten Construction as long as you don't mind hard work and are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged.
