If I could give zero stars I would. They come in, take over your GREAT company, run out the best people, and destroy everything from the ground up. They cut everything in the name of a dollar, and care NOTHING about their employees. If they come knocking, you better run while you can. They will take over your company and you'll be out of a job in no time at all.
