      Good medical benefit and insurance

      Cons

      Poor bonus structure; dishonest about the working hours; poor management (there is only one people (i.e. the current head of fund admin) in the company that caused everyone to leave). Heard that recruiter firms stop using them as the turnover rate was so high.

      Great Benefits, work life balance.

      Cons

      Compensation should be higher, understaffed for the amount of work our team handles. Micromanaging is annoying.
