      The money isn’t great but perks ok, lots of social events

      Cons

      Too much work, not enough staff, mostly Gen Z with no work ethic, constantly talking, eating, can’t operate a toilet or clean up after themselves. Its a popularity contest.

      Great Benefits, work life balance.

      Cons

      Compensation should be higher, understaffed for the amount of work our team handles. Micromanaging is annoying.
