Overtime after 8 hours and weekends.

Most of the crew there are on hard drugs! Training is a joke. If you're not in the 'good ol boy' club you get shorted on hours and put on less desirable jobs outside of your craft. Manager does not listen to employee concerns and has little knowledge about industry. Facility is run down and unorganized. Specialty tools for high end work are either broken, hand made, or not available and they dont provide you with any despite being told otherwise during interview. No one ever seems to know what work scope is or how to 'line out' employees for their tasks of the day. The culture in the place is toxic and morale is really low. Not a company you want to invest your valuable time in for long.
