      Pros

      Steep learning curve. Some of everyday challenges keeps you on toes and requires sharp outlook. Full delegation of responsibilities when handling any project. Speaking to some of most prominent personalities of the industry on almost regular basis, will surely help you develop your confidence (obviously you will be nervous at first). Dynamics of the whole team and relax environment allows you to enjoy your work.

      Cons

      There are not many, just some minor small company issues.

      I am new to the Chicago team here and so far so good. Fun small team, everyone is willing to help. Additionally, the team is engaged and proactive.

      My friendly co-workers help keep me from being insane.

      Cons

      Because the terrible and useless leadership of AlternativeSoft, most employees here are on the brink of going insane! The intense pressure and overwhelming stress from the bossy management will really get to you once you've been here for long enough. I do not recommend enduring this kind of work environment for your own sake.
