Small credit union to learn different functional areas and to control your department.

Not consistent in HR in supporting employees. Too many clicks in a small organization and too much employee favoritism.

Benefits were decent, that's about all they have going for them.

Where do I start. Upper management appears to have zero knowledge of how to run a business. You will get mixed direction (if you get any direction to start) and they will hold you accountable for things you were never informed of. Retaliation is real here, you will want to start and keep excellent documentation. You have to document your every move (micromanagement is intense). The list continues..
