The clients and cases are fantastic and interesting, and the attorneys are top-tier. It's a collegial environment, and many of the attorneys were really available to and engaged with support staff. Very good place to do very impactful and important work with talented attorneys and staff. The workplace culture changed a lot during the time I was at the firm in very positive ways: there are more opportunities for socializing with coworkers and the firm has been intentional about creating these opportunities (I don't know what it was like pre-COVID, as I started at a time when everyone was still fully remote). There are high expectations working at this kind of firm, but the culture among support staff was collaborative and supportive, and I couldn't have asked for better coworkers. Overall, great work and great people who care about the work they're doing and one another.

Low pay for support staff for a job that often demands long hours (though staff get OT) and can be very high stress.
