      - Lots of responsibility early-on & learn on the job - Very interesting work - Great people to work with - Lots of transparency and open conversation

      Cons

      - Less formalized training than other consulting firms. Minor impact in my opinion, because you learn on the job with constant feedback - Expect long hours, which is a fair trade-off as interesting business work often is demanding

      The run this company like a high school where there are uncommunicated standards, social cliques and utilize PIPs or reprimands for moving targets you will not meet. If you are in - you don't have to do much, If you end up outside that circle - there's nothing you can do.
