Hard working, professional, dedicated and supportive colleagues in almost every single department, from Legal, Professional Services, Marketing to Customer Services etc. Everyone goes the extra mile, does the job for 3 people to support the sales teams in achieving their targets.
Cons
Well, not sure where to start really, there are so many. Just read all the other reviews, then you get the idea. Posts saying there are no cons at all or this is a great company don't reflect how the company is managed. Getting the best out of salespeople isn't achieved by browbeating, belittling, setting them up to fail, micro-managing and bullying them, and turn them into Salesforce jockeys. This combined with the absence of any sales strategy, for the European region in particular, this company is just heading closer to the cliff edge. It’s a typical ruthless, toxic and cutthroat American company run by Private Equity owners. Nothing more than about filling their pockets with money in the shortest possible time, pumping it up, then dumping it, all at the expense of the employees. Salespeople are leaving left, right and center, no surprise at all. Overall, a terrible culture, senior management is just sucking the last bit of blood and energy out of the employees for their own personal gain.
