Pros

Diverse and maturing cloud platform and practices. Good place to upskill technically...and then move on.

Cons

Rapidly decaying culture for the last 3 years since it got acquired by investors. Negative investment in people, with several layoffs, no appetite to retain talent, and even incentivizing people to leave. Keeping a false sense of positive financial health. Cut throat blame culture starting on higher leadership, and little to no interest in people growth.

Pros

Great colleagues who genuinely care. As someone who enjoys rolling up my sleeves, I can tell you that you won't find another group of passion driven individuals who genuinely care about results for our clients! They are truly driven to succeed! Shared sense of purpose and direction - Since we became our own brand, Alvaria has been able to drive true focus and attention on our CX client base. This is largely driven by our new CEO who has kept a consistent message of what we are striving to achieve. Fast-moving, respectful environment where you feel part of something meaningful. Since the recent debt restructuring, you get a real sense of momentum that is shaping to make the next year very exciting.

Cons

Unfortunately, there is a lot of ground to make up to achieve our full potential but I feel like we have the right team to get there.
