Pros
Fast learning pace; good collegues; values employee training. I worked at multiple projects with talented individuals.
Cons
Bravodo minded company everyone has "kruger dunning syndrome"; no organizational structure and professionalism. It seems like company is wandering without any vision and misson. No continuity on projects and inernal processes. Hiring is completed without looking into a fit for company culture. Especially Lead engineers or managers at Turkish site are not productive and collaborative. In addition to these problems an acqusition occured with an Italian company, added a burden to an already weak foundation.
