Pathetic Management,Pathetic HR - Web Developer Amal Infosystems Employee Review

I have worked for almost 4 months here and it was my first job but it turned out to be worst first job experience.I was told its going to be developers position but when i got selected for web developers position it was nothing but reviewers work.I came to know this after I started working at third party company learningMate solutions pvt ltd,which is an mnc company which treat people that are on contract different(bad).the atmosphere at learningMate is worst for contract people,even the watchman outside the floor would treat you bad when you ask them for the access card to enter the office.coming back to Amal infosystems pvt ltd,these people will make you sign the contract for 3 months and take your certificates.i got paid 12k while the learningMate was paying them 21k. finally when I applied for resignation I was not even getting response from them for more than a week,when i tried calling them several times,lady HR and CEO talked in a very bad way.they gave 15 days for full and final but took a month to do the same,at the end also they tried to take 500 rupees by saying its company's policy that states "500 for verification". It was my bad that I got stuck here. NEVER EVER GO FOR AMAL INFOSYSTEMS PVT LTD
