Cons
(a) There is no matching of the 401(k) plan (b) Benefit package has been cut back during the last 6 years that I have been here. (c) Salary not at all competitive with the market rate in NYC. And once you start here, the annual increase is pretty small. I suspect those at certain levels get big bonus, but those of us at middle management get little. (d) There is no formal training program or career path - so you are entirely on your own if you want to grow professionally. And nobody here seems to have heard the concept of tuition reimbursement. (e) Layoffs happen on a regular basis (f) Those with connections to the executive suite get hired and promoted.
