Pay is pretty good for what the work is. Hours were stable at 40+ per week, and management was pretty reasonable about scheduling issues. You can meet some really amazing people, both staff and guests.

Occasionally have to deal with rude or unreasonable guests and you are kind of expected to just take it. Nothing different from any other high-end hospitality place I have worked at.

Lots of rich people work there however you’re not allowed to network or mingle

Working there wouldn’t have been so bad if the managers actually did their job properly .Very messy place too many affairs going on ppl cheating on their children’s mothers with their assistants .Men get flirty but you’re not allowed to give out your contact information you’re not really allowed to do much even if you’re a grown ADULT .High turnover everyone I started with quit tips never made sense for such a high end place the place is honestly ridiculous the owners suck caused people to be fired for no good reason . Servers make nowhere near as much as they should and host are forced to wear heels .The place is a hell hole at times .Walking on eggshells because if the owners short evil sidekick says you didn’t say hi to him even if he doesn’t talk to you or say hi to you you’re in trouble .
