I'm really sorry that you felt that your compensation was not in line with Westchester County, New York. Did you discuss this with the hiring manager when you accepted the offer? Salary and compensation is an essential part of how we show appreciation to our team. This is why we also offer opportunities to earn Monthly Bonuses to our staff members - above and beyond their base salary. We use area salary reports from company's like Indeed to determine appropriate starting point for salary, and then always go up from their based on the candidates experience. Based on your comments, we will make sure to reevaluate our practices. We strongly believe and understand that we are nothing without our team. Short changing our team in salary is not something that we believe in.
