Pros
On the regular basis was unlimited overtime including double time after 50 hours
Cons
People / environment/safety/common respect / integrity very few higher ups have any of these and 90% of them have none in a positive manner. No consideration or respect for employees or coworkers. Supervisors are so self-indulgent instead of paying attention to meetings that they have they would rather play games where they dare each other to use inappropriate words during meetings. And find creative ways to work such words in. If you have an accident on the job it is very common for upper management to harass and save rude comments to the effect it's your own fault. Regardless if it is a machine malfunction or it is operator error. I personally have seen both and I have dealt with this harassment. There was members of supervision that was caring and would call said supervisor out but if I did not make it a joke I would be held accountable and not be able to work the hours that I wanted to. We're times I would be harassed even more because I did not go along with said joke. Even though me personally I was handicapped from my injury I will never be physically the same from this. Including pdsd and night terrors even though it was a machine malfunction I had to deal with the harassment and snide remarks. Being a female at this job guarantees that you will be sexually harassed by co-workers and upper management. Doesn't matter your age your beauty or your personality. It is a given that you will be referred to as a sex object. No matter how hard you work there will always be other implications.
