      Pros

      I have been with Amatus since 2021 and it's a great company to work for. They experienced fast growth when I started and a national rebrand. With new team members, better training and communication, Amatus is growing better each day. We are proud to be one of the leaders in Behavioral Healthcare and Addiction. I have seen it firsthand and love working with my colleagues.

      Cons

      By being remote, sometimes it's hard to connect on a daily with those at the facility.
