      Pros

      The flexibility and pay are great. Amazon Flex does not micromanage how you complete the deliveries as long as they are completed on time. Getting to keep 100% customer tips is also a good bonus.

      Cons

      Despite the benefits of working for Amazon Flex, there are almost no available blocks. There are even websites documenting on regarding the futility of having no delivery blocks available. I spend more time looking for shifts than actually doing them.

      Flexibility is great with any job

      Cons

      Bots continue to take the good blocks. Support isn't supportive. Pay is low in comparison to gas prices and miles the routes are. Most of the time 3 hour blocks are overloaded and end up taking 4 hours and you also get penalized for taking longer than the 3 hours and because you're already running behind don't drink anything because bathroom breaks are just going to put you further behind.
