Repetitive, long hours, measure productivity

Even as people come and go due to transfers, promotions, etcetera, the management has been consistently good-natured and fair-minded.

You work ten hour days, the work is rather dull and can cause RSI if you’re not careful. Not recommended for people who aren’t physically fit or require greater mental stimulation to function well. Raises only happen at yearly milestones and there’s no opportunity to advance except by becoming a manager, which not everyone is suited for.
