Pros
The IT dept is a great place to work. The rest of the organization is friendly and easy to engage which makes running projects easier. The worklife balance is ok with some fun activities and 5 hour Fridays in the summer. They provide free breakfast, and coffee, soda, etc all day long. They support your growth and provide ample opportunities for training and seminars.
Cons
Adhering to Amazon's stringent security policies can be challenging when trying to implement anything new.
