Pros
- Great salary - Decent flexibility with work times (internship) - Amazing opportunity for learning and development - Depending on what project you are assigned with, people are super helpful and genuinely want to see you improve and do well
Cons
- Working for an American mega-corporation has countless issues, so you have to be aware of those before you step in the place - After you finish your internship you will be offered an Area Manager position upon successful completion. This is a really different role from the internship, which will require you to be available at different hours. I didn't take the AM offer as my priorities changed further down the line, but I had a feeling that the AM role (especially for new recruits) does revolve around night-shifts, so if you are not comfortable with that, or you simply don't want said responsability, this will become a problem. Having that said, you can also get lucky and be assigned to a dayshift pattern, but this may change later on.
