Where do I begin..
-millennials are in charge *rolls eyes*
-zero accountability
-management wants to be your friend not bosses
-coworkers know absolutely nothing (management rather re-train everybody instead of hiring competent employees)
-products never work
-will have to repeat yourself multiple times
-it’s a call center
-your day to day is the exact same
-Saleforce has a glitch and it’ll be days in between seeing some tickets
-internal “help” guides are some of the worst I’ve seen
-no people of color in management
-no time off the phones unless it’s for a “team building activity”
-always cancelling meetings
-better off asking a brick wall for help than the Tier 1 lead
-training is fast paced and oversaturated with pointless information
-they take zero ideas seriously unless it’s their own
-main support lead.. horrible.
-layoffs are inevitable.. not a stable company (burned through millions last year)
-no opportunity to move up
-Tier 2 support lead is a liar (should be removed)
-properties are zero help and Ambient refuses to force them to help
-if you actually care about the resident/client then this isn’t the job for you
-have to stay available for calls until the end of your shift
-no appointments so residents randomly call in with issues (could take 10 mins, could take an hour plus)
-work/life balance doesn’t exist
-do not vent to your supervisor no matter how many they say it’s “ok”
-keep notes of everything and record ya outro meeting when you leave (they mention stuff and then claim they never did)
