Pros

The company is a great place to dive deep into AI field. You get a great support from different departments like Marketing, Product, CS to the devs to get you started even if you are a newcomer in the industry like me. You get the opportunity to learn from very well experienced team leads like Sales (my previous experience comes from sales so it was interesting to learn other perspectives) or the dev team- their team lead is always on top of research and technologies. The company is well organizied and you get all the latest news from the top manegement on a 2weeks basis which is great - it gives you the whole picture where the company stands and why individual projects and tasks are so important. I was part of the CS team. The team members are very knowledgeable and funny but foremost extremely supportive. Another very positive point is the sense of belonging from the very first day. The people genuinely care for each other. Especially in hard times like lockdown the company put the well-being on the first place. I worked part time because of my child and there was never an issue to shift my working hours in the evening or weekends which was a huge relief.

Cons

Only cons I would mention is the number of meetings. On some days in the week the number can reach some high peaks which can be stressful because you want the work done. However, the meetings are kept focused and short.

The product is underdeveloped, there was very little documentation around any process or product support articles.

Nice people to work with and there are some team bonding activities

Redundancy out of nowhere, poor management style
