The company focuses on hiring smart, humble and hardworking people so you always can rely on your teammates to care about their outputs which leads to a friendly and productive work environment. The company truly promotes work life balance and encourages people to take PTO.
Cons
As with any startup environment our processes are not well documented yet so there is a lot of "hasn't been done before so figure it out" when asking how to do something. For some people that can be stressful but for those that love freedom and flexibility, Ambition could be a great fit. Hard to unplug on vacations because we have small teams and don't necessarily have someone to back you up.
