Ambition has an amazing culture. Starting from the top down, with the three founders who are all really close friends. The way they support each other trickles down through the rest of the company. The communication about the vision of the founders and leadership as the company grows and moves forward provides a feeling of security that we will continue to be successful and excitement about what is to come. The pay is very competitive and the management of the different teams and departments is top notch. We feel like one big family not a bunch of individual teams. Everybody is always willing and ready to help anyone, even from different teams and departments. Also the way our Director of People connects the company, even through a pandemic, through virtual company events and gifts really makes you feel like you are cared about, not just as an employee but as a person. I would highly recommend Ambition as a place to work for anyone - strangers, friends, and family. Come one, come all, join the Ambition family!
