Ambition is full of incredibly brilliant, talented, kind, fun, and humble people. Yes, it's a small team (for now), but it's mighty. I'm impressed daily by the people I work with. The transparency of the leadership team is beyond refreshing. There are no surprises here. But the best part of working at Ambition is that I feel valued and that my contributions are noticed.
