Great company to work for - great benefits. Company cares about bottom line and doesn’t require reporting, budgeting, or caps. Leasing and making your profitable is the main concern.

You have to have a lot of initiative to work for this company - not a lot of training was given at first.

They have automated support systems for when you need help and seem to be organized.

Do not listen to their employees at all. They only care about statistics and think upper management knows it all. Give you excessivly high expectations with no tools to work with. Delaying action until the matter becomes critical and is too far out to be fixed.
