Pros
Amcor was a really fair place to work. They are very well resourced, strategic, and theres a great atmosphere. Amcor is world wide so there are significant opportunities for career progression. Ken MacKenzie and the senior exec are very dynamic and engaging and bring a surprising amount of energy for such a large organisation.
Cons
Because Amcor is such a big company its easy to get lost in the crowd, and as with most big operations with shareholders they are very bottom line focused. There is also significant turnover of upper management on a regular basis, but this seems to be the norm now.
