Pros
Decent pay, never enough for hours worked. Offered OT on top of salary which was nice but you do it all! Often worked 13+ hours a night. But if you are motivated by YOU, it can be rewarding.
Cons
Union facility, difficult to lead in a plant where they have been taught it’s “not my job”. In office, on floor, outside of facility moving trailers. You’re the clerk, do the billing etc..
