Pros
Amdocs has a great work environment. I started my career in Amdocs so Amdocs actually turned me from a college pass out to a complete professional. Also many options for food/snacks fruits.
Cons
The con is not with the company it is in people who worked there. The employer as well as employees should give importance to work life balance.
