      healthy work culture good food and snacks good transportation facilities team members will help you in various aspects technical as well as non technical

      Cons

      sometimes you will need to work on weekends also as per requirenment old technology is used in work hike is not as expected for amdocs bonus is also not assured for everybody

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
