      Great people They try hard to be the best It's a community...like a tribe Great pay and package Pretty diverse except for African Americans

      Cons

      Zero life balance Hard work if you're not Israeli and maybe even if you are Bureaucratic & HQ centric Standing CEO dictates culture & degree of difficulty to make change (so pay a lot of attention to who is in that role)

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
