Pros
1) Starting salary is very satisfactory. 2) No restrictions for dress code. 3) Usage of Net is wide (less blocking) 4) Food is good (less spicy) and provides breakfast + snacks without any charges. 24/7 sandwich bar is available (maggi, pizza, burger stuff) in cafeteria. 5) Location here is excellent as it is situated in Magarpatta, Pune. One of the best places environment perspective as there is huge garden inside and campus is very neat. 6) Many of the people in our CC were given site visits (criteria atleast 1 year exp here). But again depends on the nature of project. 7) Unless you are not in Delivery team very less chances are to learn technical perspective. 8) If you are in delivery team, more chances to learn the technology + functionally 9) Less restrictions and employee friendly with events being conducted at regular intervals. 10) They conduct event to motivate employees, ( innovator, code mania, hackathon etc) 11) Work culture is flexible. 12) Co-ordination and helping nature within the team is satisfactory unless you stuck with some rare people who bothers to help. But most of them are very helpful at work. 13) cab facility is excellent (1400rs per year). Every 1 hour you would find cabs being dispatched and are available round the clock. Eveng 7 to Morng 7 cab usage is free. 14) No swipe system (to calculate work hrs), you just need to fill the timesheet and mention timings as per your choice. 15) If you are an Fresher, join delivery team and get a good learning exp for 2yrs and switch the company.
Cons
1) If you are in delivery team, don't expect onsite opportunities. I am into project (A&M Delivery Dept) from past 2.5 years. I was never given a chance to travel abroad. They keep giving false promises. 2) Appraisals are not satisfactory even if you are one of key team member. On an avg you get 15% hike every year. 3) Management doesn't bother about your needs. No proper platform for appreciation in the project even after working hard. Don't expect appreciation bonus even if you give quality work. 4) Learning events are in lot but mgmt will never let you to learn unless they are really needed and belong to project. Each course takes on an avg 3 days. The courses are hugely available ( both instructor led and e-learning). Each employee is given budget to learn a max of 1 course per year ( 3-4 days of span) 5) 9hrs of work but most of them are forced to work atleast 10 hrs a day. 6) Infra work is hectic in this CC. 7) Not an good company for experienced people ( 3+yrs)
