      1. onsite and relocation opportunities - depends on competency center (department) and project 2. smart and fun colleagues 3. cool culture - open door policy and flat hierarchy 4. free snacks and breakfast - good subsidized food 5. learning experience overall 6. work ethic can get the best out of you 7. good appreciation on good performance - depends on projects

      1. Low work life balance 2. Little politics had begun to creep in back in late 2010 because of some people at mid level mgmt position - not sure of situation now

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
