      Pros

      Employee caring. Employee beneficial policies. Food and Transport facilities very good. Lots of extra curricular activities. Good work enivironment. Transparency for employees regarding management decisions.

      Cons

      TL Driven appraisal . Babu culture spreading very fast in higher management. Less quality work in most of the projects(GSSi Division) Amdocs based customized systems to work on. Frequent changes in Management decisions like project movements. Few low profile GLs and managers(From small company experiences) degrading the culture .quality.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
