      Pros

      Very good telecom experience acquired, international experience available, strong educational opportunities. Big project experience

      Cons

      Awful culture, untrusting, difficult at times to work within the cultural aggravation. Annual reviews are a catch 22. Difficult to succeed. Work life balance does not exist. All work, family takes back seat.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
