Pros
If you will start at right manager, you will get everything. Work hard and you will get bonuses, promotions etc. Possibility to work from home.
Cons
Work-life balance is on 0 level. They will reach you at 2 am your time to get something clear. A lot of "fat" in the company, which are doing nothing , but getting salary. A lot of projects getting shut down each 3-4 months.
