      Great place to work, flexible working schedules and great benefits

      Cons

      Have offshored many former talented and skilled workers jobs. This may endup hurting them way more financially in the future than the immediate financial savings by off shoring their jobs.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
