Pros
1. There's food in the pantry and overtime meals are offered. The facilities are maintained and there's cleanliness. Kudos to the staff and security. 2. A lot of HR Programs which somehow lower the stress levels of employees. 3. They also offer rooms with bed and showers in case employee would need to perform OT. 4. WFH is offered as long as you can deliver what is needed 5. Pay is on time and no issue with salary computation. Breakdown of salary (payslip) is very clear. Kudos to the Payroll team!
Cons
1. Job titles and positions are misaligned especially employees absorbed from different companies. They have a habit of assigning different job title so they can just hire employees. Promotion is very slow as well. 2. Salary is not also aligned due to the fact that most of the job titles/levels are not aligned as well. There were Managers who have lower salary than Senior Specialist. And even for employees with correct alignment of job level, still, it is below average. 3. There is no diversity and inclusion in the workplace. They tolerate homophobia and racial slurs. They even tried celebrating women's month but failed to celebrate women belonging in the LGBTQIA+ community. They can't even provide support to trans individuals e.g. there were no rest rooms specific to transgender. They lack spreading awareness of these matters. 4. Most of the hired SMEs especially expats lack the knowledge and understanding of applications from client side. They are very close-minded when it comes to transforming the business solutions. Thus, ended up not being able to deliver the project needs i.e. failed CRM Transformation. 5. There were a lot of Project Managers and Senior Manager who do not really add value in the business. They failed to add more developers and experienced business analysts. 6. Recruitment Team is not experienced enough to provide experienced employees. They lack the knowledge with the technologies involved in the business specific to the client needs.
