1. A lot of work if given to you, if you are good, this is a pro as well as a con. Helps if good learning 2. There are many other than work activities 3. Lots of travel opportunities and travel policies are fair as well 4. Market Leader in its segment 5. Compensation is fair enough
Cons
1. Lot of work is given to you. Not good for work life balance. 2. Though a lot depends on the manager, its pretty difficult to switch projects/technologies 3. Expect lot of weekends working and extra hours without being compensated for that. 4. Lacks professionalism 5. Not at all process oriented
