Pros
There are many reasons why one should join Amdocs, some of which are: 1) Good Work-Life balance. 2) Very supportive and super friendly teammates. 3) Good on-site opportunities. 4) Free breakfast, snacks and subsidized lunch. 5) Lots of learning opportunities.
Cons
There are some cons as well: 1) Management is really poor in many of the departments. 2) Hike does not depend on how much hard work you do for the company, it depends on the manager (they give stupid reasons why one is not getting a hike or a low hike). 3) HRs at Amdocs are very rude and not at all supportive/responsive. They do not respond to the messages/emails unless it is escalated to higher authorities.
