      Good Salary Good Onsite opportunity depends on project to project Good Hikes based on your performance Perkes and Bonuses

      Cons

      Weekend working , No work life balance Extended Working hours, sometime you don't have time to eat food due to work pressure. If you are looking for more work pressure and No work life balance your are welcome Technically there is no learning you will learn only legacy systems

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
