      Large well known company. Lots of company training opportunities. The health benefits are stellar. Company is profitable and stable.

      Cons

      People have drastically different views of what it is like to work at Amdocs, all depending on the group and manager you are hired under. As a potentially employee I suggest that you vet out your hiring manager, as your manager will make the difference.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
