      I worked there for 15 years, employee centric, lot to learn, open communication and senior management is very approachable.

      Always in frugal mode which makes start of every project extremely tough

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
