      It is good and team work and decision making

      Cons

      They are not giving WFH facility and working always target oriented and too much pressure.Continously 12-14 work is there weekly twice or thrice

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
