Pros
It is a very stable place, it is very organized, and it has good WLB. In some of the departments, they are using the most cutting-edge technologies and stack (while in other departments they are using very obsolete technologies and stack)
Cons
The technical level and development standards in most of the teams (outside of the Core division) are very low. Most of the time the salary is lower than the market, as well as other benefits. There are no stocks and options.
