Pros
You can pick your shift (and I don't mean that you can change this every day as you please, let's be real...). But shifts are 6AM-3PM, 7AM-4PM, etc...
Cons
Turnover is EXTREMELY high. You'll find a small handful of reps who have been there (EDH location specifically) for over 6 months. You're not going to get paid what they advertise. Don't get me wrong-- some people do. Hence the word "some". Out of 60 employees, you'll see that only about 3 or 4 people will be consistently receiving the sort of compensation they mention on job postings. Everyone else-- you'll get your $800 biweekly base. They want to run it like a regular inbound/outbound call center, but enforce the standards of a sales position. There's 7 different ways (possibly more at this point) by which your bonus can be eliminated. They've gone as far as using old/irrelevant records to show work deficiency (very cleverly executed) to disqualify reps from getting paid bonus. A whole lot of promises from management, with nothing to show.
