The potential is there because the positions available are plenty and the client's served are excellent employers.
Cons
There are too many roadblocks to hiring strong candidates. Many times the Account Managers reject qualified, solid candidates for reasons that don't support the client company's requests. The Account Managers play favorites with the recruiters and possess the power to set you up for failure.
